| Abstract: | Рассматриваются методологические основания оценки периода профессиональной сольватации молодых специалистов на рынке труда. Выявлен основной недостаток действующих методик оценки адаптационного периода молодых специалистов − отсутствие взаимосвязи результатов адаптации молодого специалиста с успешностью работы компании. Для оценки эффективности профсольватационного периода молодого специалиста предлагается учитывать критерий качества образования и опыт работы, что позволяет в данной ситуации использовать модифицированную формулу Дж. Минцера |
| Abstract (in another language): | The methodological grounds for assessing the period of professional solvation of young professionals in the labor market are considered. The main drawback of the existing methods of assessing the adaptation period of young specialists is revealed: the lack of correlation between the results of adaptation of a young specialist and the success of the company. It is proposed to take into account the criterion of the quality of education and work experience to assess the effectiveness of the professional solvation period of a young specialist, which allows us to use the modified formula of J. Mintzer in this situation |
