| Abstract: | Рассмотрено новое терминологическое построение «двойственность регулятивного риска» как следствие цифровизации финансового рынка. Обоснованы различия в понятиях «регулятивный комплаенс-риск» и «риск регулятора». Приведены основные регулятивные комплаенс-риски финансовых институтов и цифровые инструменты управления ими. Рассмотрен цифровой инструмент риска регулятора – «песочница» – как способ тестирования цифровых финансовых продуктов до выхода их на рынок |
| Abstract (in another language): | A new terminological structure «duality of regulatory risk» as a consequence of the digitalization of the financial market is considered. The differences in the concepts of «regulatory compliance risk» and «regulator risk» are substantiated. The main regulatory compliance risks of financial institutions and digital tools for their management are presented. A digital risk instrument of the regulator – «sandbox» is considered as a way of testing digital financial products before they enter the market |
