| Abstract: | В статье раскрыта сущность и особенности реализации финансовой стратегии Huawei. Определены приоритетные цели стратегии управления финансовыми ресурсами, описана ее специфика, наличие потенциальных возможностей и сильных сторон компании на международных рынках. Представлены финансовые показатели деятельности Huawei за 2014–2018 гг., охват рынка и прогнозные сценарии экономического развития до 2025 г. Обоснованы направления повышения эффективности стратегического управления формированием и использованием финансовых ресурсов Huawei, что даст возможность повысить привлекательность компании для инвесторов и, как следствие, ее прибыльность и рентабельность |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the essence and features of the implementation of Huawei's financial strategy. The priority objectives of the financial resources management strategy, its specifics, the availability of potential opportunities and strengths of the company in international markets are determined. The financial performance indicators of Huawei for 2014–2018, market coverage and forecast scenarios of economic development up to 2025 are presented. The directions of improving the effectiveness of strategic management of the formation and use of Huawei's financial resources are justified, which will make it possible to increase the company's attractiveness to investors and, as a result, its profitability and profitability |
