| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены основные факторы, влияющие на состояние интеграционных процессов в сфере высшего образования Республики Беларусь и Российской Федерации на всех выделенных уровнях взаимодействия (межправительственном, межведомственном, межрегиональном, межвузовском). Проведен анализ деятельности стран-партнеров, входящих в состав Союзного государства, на предмет их готовности к значительной социально-экономической интеграции в сферах науки и образования на принципах взаимовыгодного сотрудничества. Обозначены проблемные аспекты и предложены возможные пути решения на всех уровнях взаимодействия, позволяющие повысить эффективность процесса наращивания и использования имеющегося потенциала Союзного государства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Key factors influencing the state of integration processes in the field of higher education of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation at all selected levels of interaction (intergovernmental, interdepartmental, interregional, interuniversity) were examined. The activities of the partner countries that are part of the Union State were carried out for their readiness for significant socio-economic integration in the fields of science and education on the principles of mutually beneficial cooperation. The problem aspects were identified and possible solutions were proposed at all levels of interaction, allowing to increase the efficiency of the process of building up and using the existing potential of the Union State. |
