Abstract: | This paper is a continuation of the works earlier published by the author and deals with the theories involving a minimal length at all energy scales. The previously introduced notion of measurability is also used. As a new step, in this work at the initial stage possible contributions from the inclusion of the space-time quantum fluctuations into quantum theory and gravity are studied. |
