| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматривается развитие рынка интеллектуальной собственности в условиях цифровой трансформации экономики. На сегодняшний день повышается роль интеллектуальной собственности, а также все более активно используются объекты интеллектуальной собственности в экономической деятельности, все это ведет нас к переходу национальной экономики на инновационную модель развития. Интеллектуальную собственность можно назвать источником инновационного развития, а также катализатором экономического развития в целом. Целями исследования данной темы является выделение проблем развития рынка интеллектуальной собственности в условиях цифровизации и пути их решения |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article examines the development of the intellectual property market in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. Today, the role of intellectual property is increasing, as well as more and more actively used objects of intellectual property in economic activity, all this leads us to the transition of the national economy to an innovative model of development. Intellectual property can be called a source of innovative development, as well as a catalyst for economic development in general. The objectives of the study of this topic is to highlight the problems of the development of the intellectual property market in the context of digitalization and ways to solve them |
