| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается исторический опыт подготовки управленческих кадров в БССР в 1950–1970-е гг. Исследуются процессы послевоенного восстановления и дальнейшего развития системы подготовки советских и партийных управленческих кадров. Раскрывается механизм организации учебного процесса, создания учебно-материальной базы, анализируется социальный состав обучаемых. Особое внимание уделяется изучению развития форм и методов подготовки управленческих кадров, ее идеологической и практической составляющих. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Тhe article discusses the historical experience of training managerial personnel in the BSSR in the 1950-1970s. The processes of post-war reconstruction and the further development of the system of training Soviet and party managerial personnel are investigated. The mechanism of the organization of the educational process, the creation of the educational material base is revealed, the social composition of the students is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the development of forms and methods of training managerial personnel, its ideological and practical components. |
