| Abstract: | Традиционно в семейном праве уважение рассматривалось как морально-нравственная категория, в рамках статьи автор постарался предложить иное видение уважения, как правовой категории и принципа осуществления семейного права. Основываясь на работах специалистов в различных областях права, исследуя нормативные правовые акты как международного, так и внутреннего уровней, в которых закреплена категория уважение прав, уважение достоинства, выявлена правовая природа и содержание уважения как принципа осуществления прав. Автором сделан важный вывод для развития науки семейного права. Внесены предложения по развитию семейного законодательства в направлении, способствующем уважению прав членов семьи |
| Abstract (in another language): | Traditionally in family law, respect was considered as a moral and ethical category, within the framework of the article the author tried to offer a different vision of respect as a legal category and the principle of the implementation of family law. Based on the works of specialists in various fields of law, examining normative legal acts of both international and domestic levels, in which the category of respect for rights, respect for dignity is enshrined, the legal nature and content of respect as a principle of exercising rights are revealed. The author draws conclusions that are important for the development of the science of family law. Proposals have been made for the development of family legislation in a direction that promotes respect for the rights of family members |
