| Abstract: | В статье сделан сравнительный анализ форм устройства детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, в Республике Беларусь и в государствах Европы. Особое внимание уделяется семейным ценностям. Автором обосновываются предложения по дальнейшему совершенствованию семейного законодательства для улучшения социализации сирот в Беларуси, сокращения социального сиротства и по противодействию проблеме оставления родившихся детей вне семейного воспитания |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article provides a comparative analysis of the forms of placement of children left without parental care in the Republic of Belarus and in the states of Europe. Particular attention is paid to family values. The author substantiates proposals for further improvement of family legislation to improve the socialization of orphans in Belarus, to reduce social orphanhood and to counter the problem of leaving children born out of family education |
