Исследованы правовые нормы, регламентирующие порядок создания и раздела общего имущества супругов в брачно-семейном законодательстве Республики Беларусь. Осуществлен анализ некоторых примеров из судебной практики определения долей супругов в их общей совместной собственности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes one of the most common problems of family-marriage relations – the definition of the common property of spouses and its division that occurs when the marriage is divorced. The legal norms governing the procedure for creating and dividing the common property of spouses in the marriage and family law of the Republic of Belarus are examined. The analysis of some examples from the judicial practice of determining the shares of spouses in their common joint property is carried out |
