Проанализированы система институтов СНГ, базовые документы СНГ, двусторонние соглашения Беларуси и России на платформе СНГ, а также практический аспект реализации культурного взаимодействия по поиску места и роли культуры в межрегиональном и трансграничном формате сотрудничества двух государств на пути интеграции |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author considers the interstate cultural cooperation of Belarus and Russia on the CIS platform. It identifies the goals and principles of the CIS in relation to the cultural space. The author also analyzed the system of CIS institutions, the basic CIS documents, bilateral agreements of Belarus and Russia on the CIS platform, as well as practical aspect of the implementation of cultural interaction to find the place and role of culture in the inter-regional and cross-border format of cooperation between the two states on the path of integration |
