| Abstract: | Изучаются основные аспекты дипломного проектирования на специальности «Прикладная информатика» БГУ, включая практикоориентируемость и инновации. Исследуются вопросы использования ИНС в содержательной части квалификационных работ различной направленности. Рассматриваются современные типы ИНС и их эффективная применимость в моделях обучения, оптимизационных и игровых задачах. На примере ИНС показаны возможности актуального расширения тематики дипломных проектов за счет последних достижений информационных технологий |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the main aspects of graduate design in the specialty "Applied Informatics" of BSU. The focus is on the practical and innovative component. The work is devoted to the use of ANNs in the content of qualification works of various orientations. Among the various types of ANNs, in this work, we focus on multilayer perceptrons (MLPs) with backpropagation learning algorithms. MLPs, the ANNs most commonly used for a wide variety of problems, are based on a supervised procedure and comprise three layers: input, hidden, and output. We discuss various aspects of MLPs, including structure, algorithm, data preprocessing, overfitting, and sensitivity analysis. In addition, we outline the advantages and disadvantages of MLPs and recommend their usage in mathematical modeling. Finally, an example demonstrating the practical application of ANNs in different models is presented |
