| Abstract: | Рассматривается организационная культура как управленческая проблема. Теоретически обосновывается сущность и особенности организационной культуры. Организационная культура проявляется в качестве инновационного фактора, детерминирующего эффективность системы управления в организации. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования, в которых подчеркивается роль субъекта управления организационной культурой, выявляется преобладающий тип организационной культуры |
| Abstract (in another language): | Organizational culture as a managerial problem is considered in the article. The nature and specifics of organizational culture are theoretically justified. Organizational culture appears to be an innovative factor determining the effective management system in the organization. The empirical study results emphasize the role of the subject managing organizational culture, and identify the predominant type of organizational culture |
