| Abstract: | Статья посвящена сущности института самозанятых граждан в Российской Федерации, так как в настоящее время эта проблема является одной из наиболее обсуждаемых форм занятости государства. В статье рассматривается понятие самозанятости населения, развитие которой связано с решением проблем занятости населения России. Самозанятость предоставляет возможность гражданам реализовать свои знания, умения и навыки. Цель данной статьи состоит в изучении категории самозанятых граждан, рассмотреть теоретические основы развития данного института в государстве. При подготовке статьи использовались следующие методы: монографический – изучение мнений исследователей о рассматриваемой проблеме, абстрактно-логический – анализ информации при написании статьи, анализ и синтез, обобщение и интерпретация научной информации, сравнение и систематизация и другие. Сделан вывод о необходимости развития данного явления, так как самозанятость способствует повышению активности, росту самооценки, улучшению условий жизни незанятых граждан и в определенной степени помогает снижению социальной напряженности в обществе |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the essence of the institution of self-employed citizens in the Russian Federation, since this problem is currently one of the most discussed forms of state employment. The article discusses the concept of self-employment, the development of which is associated with the decision of problems of employment in Russia. Self-employment provides an opportunity for citizens to realize their knowledge, skills and abilities. The purpose of this article is to study the category of self-employed citizens, to consider the theoretical basis for the development of this institution in the state. The following methods were used in the preparation of the article: monographic-study of researchers ' opinions about the problem under consideration, abstract-logical -analysis of information when writing an article, analysis and synthesis, generalization and interpretation of scientific information, comparison and systematization, and others. It is concluded that this phenomenon should be developed, since self-employment helps to increase activity, increase self-esteem, improve the living conditions of unoccupied citizens and to a certain extent helps to reduce social tension in society |
