| Abstract: | Многоуровневая дизрупция, вызванная активным применением новых технологий, существенно меняет систему принятия решений как на уровне отдельного бизнеса, так и на уровне правительства всех стран мира. Многие развитые и развивающиеся страны понимают важность создания и реализации страновых стратегий для адаптации к новым технологическим и бизнес-парадигмам, и создают различные программы, цель которых состоит в поддержке высокотехнологических секторов экономики и обеспечении взаимодействия бизнес-сообщества с учеными и органами государственной власти. Этот диалог особенно важен в свете последних опросов, где подавляющее большинство респондентов склонны доверять ученым и бизнесменам в вопросах технологических изменений и долгосрочном росте бизнеса и страны |
| Abstract (in another language): | Multi-level corruption caused by the active use of new technologies significantly changes the decision-making system both at the level of individual businesses and at the level of government in all countries of the world. Many developed and developing countries understand the importance of creating and implementing country strategies to adapt to new technological and business paradigms, and create various programs that aim to support high-tech sectors of the economy and ensure the interaction of the business community with scientists and government authorities. This dialogue is particularly important in light of recent surveys, where the vast majority of respondents tend to trust scientists and businesspeople on issues of technological change and long-term growth of business and the country |
