| Abstract: | Проводится анализ теоретических аспектов вознаграждения членов советов директоров. Делается вывод о целесообразности устанавливать размеры вознаграждений в зависимости от результатов оценки совета директоров. Подчеркивается, что оптимальные размеры вознаграждений должны стимулировать независимых директоров принимать разумные решения, но при этом не отвлекать чрезмерные ресурсы у предприятия |
| Abstract (in another language): | Theoretical aspects of remuneration of board members are analyzed. It is concluded that it is advisable to set the amount of remuneration depending on the results of the Board of Directors evaluation. It is stressed that optimal remuneration should encourage independent directors to make reasonable decisions, but not divert excessive resources from the enterprise |
