| Abstract: | Статья посвящена организационно-правовым аспектам сотрудничества таможенной службы Финляндии с Федеральной таможенной службой России и Государственным таможенным комитетом Республики Беларусь, которое касается системы подготовки таможенных кадров, взаимного обмена информацией по таможенным вопросам, внедрения новых информационных технологий и технических средств таможенного контроля. Отдельно рассмотрены вопросы взаимодействия таможенных органов стран по обеспечению «бесшовного транзита» в рамках реализации международных транспортно-логистических проектов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the organizational and legal aspects of cooperation between the Customs service of Finland as well as the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus. This cooperation is related to the system of training customs personnel, mutual informational exchange on customs issues as well as adoption of new information technologies and technical means of customs control. The issues of interaction between the customs authorities of these countries to ensure «seamless transit» in the framework of international transport and logistics projects were considered separately in the research |
