Abstract: The aperiodically singularly disturbed system of ordinary differential equations describing the molecular level immune reaction has been analyzed. The numerical simulations have shown that there are solutions, that correspond to the primary Hopf’s bifurcation and subsequent finite number of Feigenbaum’s period-doubling bifurcations leading to chaotization of the system
