Abstract: | The experimental results on nonlinear charge transport in semi-insulating fractal-like porous silicon in high electric fields are presented. Low frequency current oscillations in porous Si have been found for the first time. This self-organized phenomena seem s to be promising as a diagnostic tool for deep levels.
