| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of the research is a comprehensive legal analysis of easement in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in order to identify existing problems in the legal regulation of land relations and develop recommendations for further improvement of legislation in this area. Comparative legal analysis of easement in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to determine the differences and the need to introduce new legal structures in the Belarusian legislation. |
