| Abstract: | Рассматривается финансовое состояние региональных печатных изданий Беларуси по итогам 2019 года. Отмечается тренд на сокращение дотаций и рост числа самоокупаемых редакций. Это происходит несмотря на снижение тиражей и локальный характер большинства региональных рекламных рынков. Отмечается, что динамика экономических показателей региональных СМИ отражает изменения, связанные с ростом рыночной экономики и с внедрением цифровых технологий. Наряду с пониманием тенденций в медиаповедении это позволяет применять технологии социального управления для социально-экономического и культурного развития региона. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the financial condition of the regional print media of Belarus according to the results of 2019. There is a trend towards a reduction in subsidies and an increase in the number of self-sustaining editions. This happens despite a decrease in circulation and the local nature of most regional advertising markets. It is noted that the dynamics of economic indicators of regional media reflects changes related to both the growth of a market economy and the introduction of digital technologies. Along with understanding the trends in media behavior, this allows the use of social management technologies for the socio-economic and cultural development of the region. |
