| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу финальной сцены «Энеиды» Вергилия и интерпретации ее политического смысла. Автор приходит к выводу, что концовка произведения, помимо высокой оценки режима Августа, содержит критику методов утверждения власти императора. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of the final scene of Virgil's “Aeneid” and the interpretation of its political meaning. The author concluded that in addition to praising the regime of Augustus the ending part of the work contains criticism of the methods of asserting the emperor’s power. |
