Abstract: The analysis of the probabilistic approach to solving the problem of the distribution of primes in the generalized Artin's hypothesis is given. The foundations of a computer approach to solving problems in the field of pure and applied number theory are formulated. On the basis of the generalized Artin's hypothesis, it is shown how probabilistic methods of nonlinear dynamic systems can be obtained with sufficiently accurate solutions
