| Abstract: | To activate the inefficient economic facilities and reengineering requested to initiate the creation and development of a network of trust companies. Specialized trusts and independent organizations are able to carry out the process of modernization and reengineering object to the achievement of an acceptable outcome of management. Combining them with the banking institutions will have a certain freedom and transparent structure of financial activity, as well as precise control scheme. |
