The subject of the research is connected with public relations related to road safety. The aim of the work is the research of a number of problematic issues of administrative responsibility in the field of road safety, as put forward by the theory and practice of application of the legislation, as well as actual issues in the administrative process. The main feature of this work is to carry out scientific research in the field of administrative violations in the area of road safety. I personally examined these cases as an attorney’s assistant
