Abstract: | The purpose of the study was to develop ways to improve the marketing mix of "Elema". Studied the theoretical premises of marketing. The analysis of the technical and economic indicators of "Elem" analysis of the elements of the marketing mix. To improve the efficiency of the marketing mix offered the following areas: a deeper segmentation and isolation of new target segments; improving sales policy by creating a new sales channel - Internet shop; improvement through the implementation of policies to promote the CRM-system |
