| Abstract: | The purpose of scientific work is improvement of the technique, allowing to prove optimum parameters of development of the processing enterprises. The tendencies revealed in the course of the analysis enterprise functioning have laid down in a basis of a substantiation of the initial information assumed economic - mathematical model.
