Abstract: The following research was performed during the work preparation: industry analysis for the period of 2009-2011, examination of quality of industrial products by means of QFD-matrix, calculation of the consumption price of diesel engines, identification of reserve for increasing product cost through reduction of operating costs of production. Practical significance of the wok is to develop the effective approach to increase the competitiveness of “Minsk Motor Plant” in both the domestic and foreign market on the basis of using QFD-method and improvement of pricing policy
