Abstract

The structure of pulmonary diseases in HIV-infected people in the Gomel region characterized by the development of processes showing signs of progression with symptoms of acute extensive damage to lung tissue and the tracheobronchial tree. The leading role of pathology occupy disseminated tuberculosis of the lungs and hilar lymph nodes. Malignant course of these processes is associated with a polymorphism of the tissue reactions associated with severe immunodeficiency, effacement of morphological characters. Other opportunistic infections (cryptococcosis, pneumocystis, cytomegalovirus infection, etc.) are much less common and required changes and look for specific pathogens themselves by histological examination. All this complicates the differential diagnosis of diseases and requires the use of in each case a comprehensive study of the material with a wide application of additional methods of colors in each case
