| Abstract: | Было показано, что молочнокислые бактерии рода Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp. и Streptococcus termophilus проявили высокую антагонистическую активность по отношению к Proteus vulgaris, Yersinia enterocolitica, а так же была отмечена их стабильная активность по отношению к Escherichia coli XL-1 Blue и Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, что может говорить о целесообразности использования данных пробиотиков для подавления роста и развития некоторых условно-патогенных энтеробактерий. |
| Abstract (in another language): | It was shown that lactic acid bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus spp., Bifidobacterium spp. and Streptococcus termophilus showed high antagonistic activity against Proteus vulgaris, Yersinia enterocolitica, as well as their stable activity against Escherichia coli XL-1 Blue and Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 was noted, which may indicate the feasibility of using these probiotics to suppress growth and the development of some opportunistic enterobacteria. |
