Abstract: As a matter of fact, the balanced nutrition is a basis of primary preventive maintenance of professional diseases. It was established, that the nutrition of the pilots was characterized by the superfluous maintenance of energy (p<0,01), fats (p<0,05) and proteins. Also it was revealed the insufficient level of vegetative fats (p<0,01). These features are one of major factors of risk of premature disqualification of pilots
