Abstract: | Under existing economic conditions in Belarus service and supply business organization has to be based on the study of the consumer research, of the facilities of the company itself, of the local conditions and of the main competitors. The company has to develop object-orientated strategies in the area of trade, pricing and communicative policy and in the area of merchandising, i.e. it has to observe marketing concepts, because the most effective activity is the one of the enterprise, the management of which is based on the marketing concepts.
