Abstract (in another language): The possibility of getting of photochromic layers based on water-soluble carboxymethylcellulose, contained chloride complexes of bismuth, was demonstrated. Photosensitivity of developed layers comes to (1,3-1,6) 10'3 m2/joule. The nature of bismuth-containing complexes with cellulose, which appear at layer forming. The highest sensitivity realizes at forming of products of interactions of BiCI2+ ion with the oolvmer matrix. These products have an absorption band in the range 220-230 nm.
