Abstract: Queue length and server state stationary distributions in the queueing system under consideration are studied in previous papers of the author. Here, on the basis of these istributions, formulas for ihe distribution function, the mean value and the variance of the idle channel period arc obtained. The numerical values computed according to these formulas are compared with the simulated results and some dependences of these values on (he system parameters arc established.
