| Abstract: | Modern customs has the General trend of development. Customs regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union is based on the Customs code of the Customs Union and national legislation in the member countries. A new stage of legal regulation of foreign economic activity of the Union should be the adoption of a new Customs code. Preparation of new edition of Customs code has revealed a number of problems and required compromises. |
