Abstract: Complex masses of resonances in the quark potential model are obtained. Two exact asymptotic solutions for the QCD motivated potential are used to derive the resonance complex-mass formula. The centered masses and total widths of mesonic resonances are calculated. A possible origin of the dark matter is discussed.
