Abstract: | In the article are presented the research results of motivational structure of personality in continuous education. It has been determined that the most powerful motives in the structure of the “real” academic motivation are the motives of life support, comfort, and social status achievement. In the structure of the “ideal” academic motivation the motives of social status achievement, communication and creative developmental activities have more driving force. The weakest motives in the structure of both types of academic motivation are the motives of basic activity and social utility. The trends of dynamics of the main motivational factors in the academic motivation’s structure of participants of educational process have been identified. |
