| Abstract: | The article presents the results of a study the features of manifestation of emotional burnout syndrome among teachers with different levels of situational aggression. We found the differences in terms of emotional burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in men and women with high and low levels of various types of situational aggression. The obtained results can be used in the course of providing psychological support to teachers by socio-psychological services of the education system. |
