| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования Национальной системы квалификаций Республики Беларусь на основе формирования ее новой модели, позволяющей обеспечить соответствие потребности рынка труда в кадрах и их подготовки в системе образования. Представлены результаты работы по внедрению новых элементов в действующую систему квалификаций и перспективы развития независимой оценки и сертификации квалификаций. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the issues of improving the National Qualifications System of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of forming its new model, which allows to ensure compliance of the labor market demand for personnel and their training in the education system. The results of work on the introduction of new elements into the current qualifications system and the prospects for the development of independent assessment and certification of qualifications are presented. |
