| Abstract: | Адекватная оценка происходящих в экономике изменений зависит и связана с выбором критериев и показателей экономического развития, отражающих степень реализации жизненно важных экономических интересов. Однако стабильность цифровых значений показателей не всегда отражает существенные изменения в качественном состоянии экономических процессов, в трансформации приоритетов в системе экономических интересов и, соответственно, в обеспечении экономической безопасности. Отражение диалектики факторов производства, изменение внешних и внутренних условий функционирования экономики должно найти свое выражение и в выработке новых подходов к системе показателей |
| Abstract (in another language): | An adequate assessment of the changes taking place in the economy depends on and is associated with the choice of criteria and indicators of economic development reflecting the degree of realization of vital economic interests. However, the stability of digital values of indicators does not always reflect significant changes in the qualitative state of economic processes, in the transformation of priorities in the system of economic interests and, accordingly, in ensuring economic security. Reflection of the dialectic of factors of production, changes in the external and internal conditions of the functioning of the economy should also find expression in the development of new approaches to the system of indicators |
