| Abstract: | В статье проанализированы реформы в области образования в период нахождения у власти неоконсервативного истеблишмента. Сделан акцент на качестве образования и ответственности работодателя при обучении специалиста. Неоконсерваторы США рассматривали образование в качестве фактора усиления конкурентоспособности страны на мировом рынке. Реформы были проведены в школьном и университетском образовании, а также в системе дополнительного образования взрослых. Неоконсерваторы придавали особое значение развитию тероии непрерывного образования. Соединенные Штаты Америки продолжают внедрять новые образовательные технологии, опираясь на опыт реформ неоконсерваторов. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the neoconservative reform in the American education during the leadership of the neoconservative establishment. Emphasis is placed on the responsibility of the employer for the training of specialists, the quality of the education. Neoconservatives in USA attributed the education as the main factor of the competitiveness of the country in the world market. The educational reforms were carried in the school education, university education and in the system of the additional education for adults. Neoconservatives attached the exceptional importance to the theory of lifelong learning. At the moment the United States of America continues to use the experience of the educational reforms of neoconcervatives. |
