| Abstract: | Рассматриваются проблемы повышения эффективности менеджмента промышленными предприятиями республики на основе организации функционирования и взаимодействия с предприятиями производственной инфраструктуры. Обосновывается необходимость концентрации усилий промышленных предприятий исключительно на тех операциях, непосредственно связанных с производственным процессом. Показано, что выполнение отдельных операций, которые осуществляются промышленными предприятиями республики в настоящее время, целесообразно передать предприятиям производственной инфраструктуры |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the problems of improving the efficiency of management of industrial enterprises of the republic on the basis of the organization of functioning and interaction with enterprises of industrial infrastructure. The necessity of concentrating the efforts of industrial enterprises solely on those operations that are directly related to the production process is substantiated. It is shown that the implementation of certain operations that are currently being carried out by industrial enterprises of the republic is advisable to transfer to production infrastructure enterprises |
