Реализация концепции устойчивого развития в условиях малого города

Abstract

Теn years have passed since the UN Summit on Environment and Development held in Rio de Janeiro. This Summit accepted the idea of sustainable development as the main principle of development both of human civilization on the whole and of individual states. In this article the features of the stable development under the conditions of small towns have considered. Allowing for the specific nature of the small towns in Belarus the primary preconditions of the provision of small towns stable functioning are given, the basis stages of their stable development planning have outlined.
