Сортоспецифичность изменчивости биопродукционных параметров у регенерантов Vaccinium corymbosum L. in vitro на средах разного гормонального состава

Abstract

Results of the comparative analysis of variability of reproduction factors and height of regenerants of six high-bush blueberry cultivars in vitro on nutrient mediums of WPM and Anderson, differing on hormonal structure, in a range of investigated concentration of cytokinins – 0,5–2,0 mg per liter of zeatin or 2,5–5,0 mg per liter of 2-isopentenyladenine – are resulted. Authentic influence of genotype and medium-type factors on variability of investigated traits is established with high sign of ge=notype influence (up to 83 %). On the basis of investigation results it is offered to use the Anderson medium in a combination with low concentration of cytokinins (0,5–1,0 mg per liter of zeatin or 2,5–5,0 mg per liter of 2-isopentenyladenine) for reproduction of high-bush blueberry cultivars in vitro.
