| Abstract: | The article is devoted to the analysis of Hegel’s theory of State, based on understanding of nation-state as a sovereign and as a source of law. Problems of foundation of international law and relations between states are analyzed. = В статье анализируется гегелевское учение о государстве, основанное на понимании национального государства как суверена и как источника права. Рассматривается проблемы оснований международного права и взаимоотношений между государствами в гегелевской философии. |
