Эмоциональный интеллект в структуре индивидуальности

Abstract

In the article different approaches to the determination of the location of the emotional intelligence in the structure of personality are analyzed. J. Mayer’s System Set of Primary Parts is considered, it consists of four components: «Energy development», «Knowledge Guidance», «Action Implementation» and «Conscious Self-Regulation». In the context of this approach to the structure of personality the emotional intelligence belongs to the component «Knowledge Guidance» which includes information from different fields of knowledge needed for an individual’s functioning as well as the abilities to its processing. In compliance with the conceptions of E. L. Nosenko, N. V. Kovriga, D .V. Liussin the position of the emotional intelligence in the structure of personality can be determined at the boundary of emotional and intellectual, inner and external. Such “boundary” location of the emotional intelligence allows reflecting inner and external realities on the high level of accuracy and contributes to comparative independence of behavior from an immediate situation. The inner motivation of the emotional response is the most important characteristics of this reflection level. = В статье анализируются различные подходы к определению места эмоционального интеллекта (ЭИ) в структуре индивидуальности. Рассматривается Система базисных компонентов Дж. Мейера, которая включает четыре составляющие: «Энергетическое развитие», «Управление знаниями», «Исполнение действий» и «Сознательная саморегуляция». В рамках этого подхода к структуре индивидуальности ЭИ принадлежит к компоненту «Управление знаниями», который содержит информацию из различных областей знания, необходимую для функционирования индивида, а также способности к ее обработке. В соответствии с представлениями Э. Л. Носенко, Н. В. Ковриги, Д. В. Люсина позицию эмоционального интеллекта в структуре индивидуальности можно определить на границе эмоционального и интеллектуального, внутреннего и внешнего. Такое «пограничное» положение ЭИ позволяет на высоком уровне точности отражать внутреннюю и внешнюю действительность и способствует относительной независимости поведения от непосредственной ситуации. Важнейшей характеристикой данного уровня отражения является внутренняя мотивация эмоционального реагирования.
