| Abstract: | The forms and methods of checking professional intentions and career-guidance qualities of the cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. The problems and contradictions of the practice of choosing and training of the high professional law-enforcement officials are discovered. = Рассматриваются формы и методы реализации профессиональных намерений и профориентационных качеств курсантов Академии МВД Республики Беларусь в процессе их обучения в вузе, выявляются актуальные проблемы и противоречия практики отбора и подготовки высокопрофессиональных сотрудников правоохранительных органов. |
