| Abstract: | The ancient eastern Slavs’ fundamental archaic notions about the phenomenon of man are reconstructed and analyzed in the article. The particular attention is given to the investigation of such important religious and philosophical categories as «the soul» and «the body»; their specificity and evolution are examined. = В статье проведена реконструкция и анализ фундаментальных архаичных представлений древних восточных славян о феномене человека.
