| Abstract: | The article deals with the impact of moral values on the process of the formation of the Belarusian state system. Тhe author shows the role of the Christian tradition in the moral and legal regulation of social relations in the period of genesis of the Belarusian state system in Polotsk Principality and the Great Principality of Lithuania. = Посвящена определению влияния духовных ценностей на процесс формирования белорусской государственности. Рассматриваются место и роль христианской традиции в морально-правовой регуляции общественных отношений в период генезиса белорусской государственности в Полоцком княжестве и Великом Княжестве Литовском. |
