Abstract

This article studies the urgent issue of investment in labor force development. The author emphasizes the importance of innovative economy being based on the labor force quality. It proposes to consider the investment of capital into manufacturing technologies, social and cultural spheres of national economy as the indicator of perspective labor force migration in the sector of innovations. = Рассматривается актуальность инвестиций в развитие трудовых ресурсов. Подчеркивается важность опоры инновационной экономики на качество трудовых ресурсов. Предлагается рассматривать инвестиции в производственные технологии, социально-культурную сферу национальной экономики как индикатор перспективной миграции трудовых ресурсов в отрасль.
